Hillside Cottage
Sleeps 2. This newly built cottage situated next door to the lodge at the entrance of the estate also has spectacular views of the sea. It has a double bedroom (which could be converted to a twin if preferred), a dressing room and a bathroom with bath/shower attachment, WC and basin, all situated on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a lounge, a kitchen/dining room, and also a cloakroom with WC and basin. Two sets of patio doors leading from the lounge and the dining room open out onto a secluded terrace at the rear and side of the cottage.
Pets allowed by arrangement only (2 maximum, well behaved dogs)
Cottage comes equipped with:
- Granite work tops, belfast sinks, integrated washer/dryers, fridges, freezers, dishwashers, dual fuel ovens, hobs and microwaves
- LCD TVs with freeview and DVD players
- Underfloor heating and log burning stoves in lounge. (Small supply of logs provided)
- Gas and electricity provided at no extra cost
- Private parking for 1 or more cars to each cottage
- Cots, highchairs and stair gates available on request at no extra charge (no cot linen provided)
These cottages are both situated 100 yards from the Cleveland Way and a lovely sandy beach stretching from Sandsend to Whitby.
