Hillside Cottage
Sleeps 2. This newly built cottage is situated at the entrance of the Raithwaite Estate and has spectacular views of the sea. It has a double bedroom with a shower room, including WC and basin, all situated on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, lounge/dining room, and also a cloakroom with WC and basin. Two sets of patio doors leading from the lounge and the dining room open out onto a secluded terrace at the rear and side of the cottage.
Pets allowed by arrangement only (2 maximum, well behaved dogs)
Cottage comes equipped with:
- Integrated washer/dryer, fridge, dishwasher, dual fuel cooker, hob and microwave
- LCD TV with freeview and DVD player
- Underfloor heating and log burning stove in the lounge. (Small supply of logs provided)
- Gas and electricity provided at no extra cost
- Private parking for 1 or more cars
- Cot, highchair and stair gate available on request at no extra charge (no cot linen provided)
This cottage is situated 100 yards from the Cleveland Way and a lovely sandy beach stretching from Sandsend to Whitby.
